Development of a method for the determination of ozone demand of a water

A method based on a continuous operating ozone reactor is proposed which allows the determination of two fundamental parameters: the instantan- eous ozone demand (X) and the ozone decay (k) for different types of water. An example of ozone reactor calculation is given to illustrate the full-scale application of this method.
