CAPACITY BUILDING FOR INTEGRATED WATER RESOURCES MANAGEMENT IN SOUTHEAST ASIA

Capacity Building (CB) is the sum of effects needed to enhance integrated water management. It involves empowering people and organisations to solve their problems. Highlights of a regional forum are reported in this paper. A synthesis report providing a regional consensus of the main outputs and recommendations from several workshops is presented.
