Impact de l'aquaculture sur l'environnement : prévention et contrôle

The main methods of predicting aquaculture wastes outputs are presented. The statistical methods based on the study of the results of water samples and biological method based on the knowledge of feed features and utilization by fish are discussed. Assessment of the wastes outputs impact on natural environment is then tackled. A critical analysis of the different approaches is made. / Les principales méthodes d'évaluation des rejets aquacoles sont présentées. Les méthodes statistiques et biologiques sont discutées. L'estimation de l'impact des rejets sur l'environnement est ensuite abordée.
