SIMIK+-GIS-IMPLEMENTIERTE INTERPOLATION VON GRUNDWASSERPARAMETERN MIT HILFE VON LANDNUTZUNGS- UND GEOLOGIEDATEN=SIMIK+-GIS IMPLEMENTED INTERPOLATION OF GROUNDWATER PARAMETERS BY MEANS OF GEOLOGICAL AND LAND-USE DATA
The quality of groundwater is the consequence of a multitude of processes and conditions, of which hydrogeochimical properties of the aquifer and land use exert the decisive influences. This paper presents an interpolation method that can use this additional information for a classification of groundwater data and thus yields better and more plausible results in the regionalization of measurements than conventional techniques. The interpolation method used is simple updating (with the implementation of the algorithms in a GIS system). The results prove that the additional information allows a plausible areal representation of groundwater parameters.
