RECLAIMED MUNICIPAL WASTEWATER, A POTENTIAL WATER RESOURCE IN CHINA

Reuse of wastewater in China. Due to water resource problems, reclaimed municipal wastewater reuse is proposed. Several treatment steps (primary treatment, lagoon, sand filter, chlorination) are required to get water useful for agricultural irrigation, or for industries whose the water quality criteria are given. The system is approached in terms of quantity and cost of reuse water.
