THE PUBLIC POLICIES FOR REDUCING NONPOINT WATER POLLUTION BETWEEN EQUITY AND EFFICIENCY
Cost-effectiveness analysis of nitrogen polluted groundwater of agricultural origin. Assessment of the environmental impact of the foreseen technological scenario. The results show that total abatement cost are reduced, and equity and effectiveness are improved. Correlation with environmental policy terms.
