COST-EFFICIENCY AND PERFORMANCE OF INDIVIDUAL AND SMALL-SCALE TREATMENT PLANTS

Cost and performances of small treatment plants. Individual treatment systems were evaluated in terms of BOD, COD and suspended solid removal and maintenance costs. Investment and operation cost are discussed and compared with centralized system. However, long term experience is required to get a good evaluation and to improve benefit analysis.
