A Ku-Band Laboratory Experiment on the Electromagnetic Bias

The electromagnetic Bias (altilmetry) due to crest to trough water wave asymetry is measured in a wave tank and parametrized as function of wind and wave conditions. Non dimensional parametrisation appears to be better than dimensional ones.
