WATER POLICIES IN THE 21ST CENTURY

This article presents a critical review of water management policies and deals with some policy implications for the future. The author shows future water policies will need to address diverse social interests and agendas, rapid changes in technology, globalization, relentless economic competition and increasing human inspiration.
