Taking stock of integrated river basin management in China

This report reviews the status of river basin management, analyses the constraints, and provides recommandations and action plans for implementing IRBM, mitigating basin-level problems and ultimately achieving the water-related objectives listed in the Nation al Eleventh-Five-Year Plan (2006-2010).
