TRANSBOUNDARY WATER RESOURCE ISSUES ON THE U.S.-MEXICO BORDER: CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES IN THE 21ST CENTURY

In this paper, the author provide a brief overview of the U.S.-Mexico border region, detail several specific regional water resource management challenges, introduce a "basins perspective" to water resource management, and discuss several different approaches to these challenges and their potential to advance solution of relevant issues. He closes the paper with a brief discussion of areas for future investigation.
