SOLIDS SEPARATION EFFICIENCY OF COMBINED SEWER OVERFLOWS
Theorical considerations in order to assess the performance of combined sewer overflows (CSO). Analysis of the settling theory leads to the conclusion that efficiency curves for CSO structures can be derived by combining the settling velocity distribution and the residence time distribution.
