REMOVAL OF MS2 BACTERIOPHAGE USING MEMBRANE TECHNOLOGIES
Effect of operating pressures and membrane types (UF,NF and RO) and materials (cellulose, acetate, polyamide and polysulphone) on the removal of viruses. MS2 bacteriophage was used as the model virus since its size (25nm) is comparable with that of indigenous virus. Experimental results are presented.
