REACTIVE DYES REMOVAL FROM WASTEWATERS BY ADSORPTION ON EUCALYPTUS BARK - ADSORPTION EQUILIBRA

Dyes removal by adsorption on eucalyptus bark. Adsorption isotherms were performed in order to determine the dye removal. Influence of pH was studied. Langmuir and Freundlich equation were used to model the experimental data. An empirical modified Langmuir equation, integrating H+ concentration evolutions, was proposed.
