PUBLIC THRESHOLDS FOR CHLORINOUS FLAVORS IN U.S. TAP WATER
Chlorine odour in tap water. Tests were conducted to measure the sensitivity of public to chlorine and chloramine in drinking water. In USA, the sensitivity limits were 0.8 for chlorine and 3.7 mg/L for chloramine. These thresholds were found higher that those previously reported in publications.
