Simple decision aid methodology and associated software concerning urban stormwater systems, devoted to the evaluation and comparison of drainage scenarios using best management practices according to different technical, sanitary, social environment and economical aspects. The tool helps the decision-makers to select the appropriate alternative for developing countries with important sanitary problems.
