POTENTIAL EVAPOTRANSPIRATION FOR THE DISTRIBUTED MODELING OF BELGIAN CATCHMENTS
Evaluation of spatial and temporal evapotranspiration in Belgium. Description of the methodology followed to investigate the effect of the evapotranspiration data on the effective parameters and the performance of the physically based hydrological code (MIKE SHE code). Three potential evapotranspiration scenarios were generated by means of two food and agricultural organization approaches. A futur monitoring campaign should always be pursued aiming to assess the correct production of auxiliary data and to reduce the uncertainty attached to hydrological models in general.
