THE PERFORMANCE OF A TWO-STAGE SBR SYSTEM IN TREATING DYE CONTAINING WASTEWATER
A combination of Sequencing Batch Reactor and anaerobic-aerobic system was operated to treat a synthetic dye contaminated wastewater.
Performances of the system were investigated during long-term operations, including pollutant removal rates, contribution of anaerobic and aerobic stages, and sludge characteristics.
Experimental results are presented and discussed.
