Analyse of the maintenance service delivery mechanisms in the Alto Río Lerma Irrigation District (ARLID), To evaluate how the institutional arrangements established through management transfer ensure adequate service provision. The new institutional framework for maintenance service provision seems to be coherent and the governance mechanisms works well.
