Linear Least-Squares Formulation for Operation of Booster Disinfection Systems

Disinfectant in a network. In order to get a residual of chlorine in water a mathematical model was proposed. It is based on a linear least-square formulation allowing to predict and simulate the disinfectant injection rate in the water networks. In this case the total mass of disinfectant is reduced.
