LINKING SIMULATION MODELS OF SEWER, WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT AND RIVER QUALITY FOR IMMISSION BASED WATER QUALITY MANAGEMENT
An immission-based concept was used. Immission-based says that the combined effect outlets on the receiving water quality is used as the key factor for the design of the various structures. The integrated concept is meant to provide both good statuses of the waters and cost savings. In order to find a suitable option an integrated planning tool was developed.
