Monitoring and modelisation of Leman and Bourget lakes. Prediction of bacterial production, assessing of water quality and eutrophication risk. This document presents examples of lakes monitoring to record physico-chimics parameters and algal concentration (example of P. Rubescens). Presentation of predictive biogeochemical (1-D) and hydrodynamical (3-D) models to predict the future changes of lake Bourget water quality. Coupling 1-D biogeochemical model and 3-D hydrodynamical model to give 3-D map of algal bloom.
