INFLUENCE OF RIVER WATER IN THE DETECTION OF CR(VI) MUTAGENICITY BY THE AMES TEST
Detection of CR(VI) mutagenicity by the ames test. Study of the interference of sterilized river water samples from the rio de la plata in the Buenos aires city area on the genotoxicity detection of potassium dichromate (environmental mutagen). Mutagenicity was measured by using the salmonella typhimurium, and chromium was chosen as an environmental genotoxic pollutant.
