FLOOD FORECASTING AND INFILTRATION MODELLING
Infiltration in flood forecasting models. This paper presents use of a flood-forecasting model, incorporating two representation of infiltration: the extended Time Compression Approximation and the Conceptual Infiltration model. Furthermore this article presents a preliminary analysis of the role of an approximation of saturated hydraulic conductivity. Description of the model structure and results (example of Tiber river basin, Santa Lucia - Italy). It appears that Conceptual Infiltration model is more suitable
