FEEDFORWARD-FEEDBACK CONTROL OF AN ACTIVATED SLUDGE PROCESS : A SIMULATION STUDY
Simulation and control of an activated sludge treatment. In order to control and to validate the performances of activated sludge tanks used to remove COD, ammonia and nitrate, statistic physical models are incorporated in control laws. Due to this simulation, an operational cost reduction is discussed.
