THE EROSION OF ORGANIC SOLIDS IN COMBINED SEWERS
Erosion in a sewer system. The rate of erosion was determined by the determination of particles obtained after an injection of water in a sewer. Hydraulic and quality parameters were measured in situ. The maximum rate of erosion was found to be 146 g/s. The eroded particles were highly organic.
