AN ECONOMIC MODEL FOR WATER ALLOCATION IN NORTH EASTERN SPAIN

Proposition of a resolution process for a conflict in the allocation of water within the spanih territory. There's a competition between users for a resource that is regulated in different periods of time. A model was developped and integrates the economic and institutional aspects. Results are satisfactory but the model needs to be improve.
