Result of natural organic matter charaterization from a shallow and eutropic lake, Lake Kasumigaura, conducted over a period of abou one year by using analytical methods such a pyrolysis GC/MS, GPC, and other water quality indices. A comparison is made between natural organic matter characteristics of this lake and two other lakes. seasonal and spacial variations in its natural organic matter characteristics are also evaluated.
