Comparison of the performance of 3 small pilot scale filters filled with 3 media and performed on textile fibers and fabrics to treat the Alto Seveso wastewater (mostly textile), remove COD and abate colour. The results show a COD removal of 0.1 g per g of influent COD. PICABIOL BAC performed better than NORIT PK 1-3 BAC.
