BIODEGRADABILITY OF WASTEWATER - A METHOD FOR COD-FRACTIONATION

Biodegradability of wastewater. In order to approach a system of treatment, characterizations of wastewater are required. COD fractionation allows to feed a mathematical model using oxygen rate and microbial transformations. Examples for different wastewater qualities are presented and discussed.
