ANALYSIS OF THE SEASONAL NATURE OF EXTREME FLOODS ACROSS CANADA
This article presents a study of the seasonal characteristics of floods in Canada. Its principal objective is to try to identify the flood generating phenomena and to locate them in time and regionalize the results. The methodology proposed is based on four main steps and uses data of 166 hydrometric stations. Presentation of the results for regions of Canada.
