SUSTAINABLE WATER DEMAND MANAGEMENT VERSUS DEVELOPING NEW AND ADDITIONAL WATER IN THE MIDDLE EAST : A CRITICAL REVIEW

This paper presents, evaluates and discusses a critical judgement and comparison between efficient water demand management and developing new and additional water in the Middle East with emphasis on Israel, Jordan and Palestine. The author analysis water resources availability, establish water demand projections and then deals with potential water development options.
